MTN INTRODUCES PRESTIGE LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR CUSTOMERS

MTN Prestige aka Circle of Distinction what does this really mean,according to MTN it’s a special reward and recognition program for selected group of customers who have shown great loyalty to the MTN network over the years.

MTN Prestige was an elegant event which took place at the Civic Center, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event was well attended by dignitaries these includes Lagos State Commissioner for Information & Strategy; Steve Ayorinde, Chairman/CEO, Channels Television; John Momoh, veteran broadcast journalist and public analyst Jimi Disu, and renowned economist; Bismarck Rewane.

Also present at the event includes media entrepreneur; Kenny Ogunbe, Chairman, Editorial Board, Nation newspaper, Sam Omatseye, Publisher, Businessday newspaper, Frank Aigbogun, celebrity media entrepreneur; Ono Bello, Commercial Director, Air France/KLM; Arthur Dieffenthaler and Coscharis’ Divisioner General Manager; Ufuoma Umukoro.

According to Mr Richard Iweanoge who is the General Manager, Consumer Marketing, MTN Nigeria stated during the launch that the Circle of Distinction was introduced to appreciate customers for their support to the brand by enlisting them into an elite group of subscribers.

He didn’t stop there,he also said  “MTN Prestige is a proposition designed to welcome our deserving customers into a Circle of Distinction. What it means is that we are appreciating customers that have stayed loyal to the brand since we started operation 16 years ago. Although we have recognized them in the past, today we decided to take things a notch higher with this platform of luxury and style which we have fittingly called MTN Prestige”.

The fascinating thing about this is that the loyalty scheme is available to all pre-paid, postpaid and e-postpaid customers in 4 categories; Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, Iweanoge further added that the admission into MTN Prestige is dependent on customer’s spend and their tenure on the network.

Customers qualify from the tenure point of view and for the spending point of view and enjoy benefits such as dedicated MTN prestige club card,discount when using some selected hotels,gifts such as recharge card and data,vip lounge at airports in Nigeria,dedicated Customer service officer and a special invitation to premium events and discounted flight fares in partnership with Air France.

At the event, MTN also showcased exotic cars from Coscharis Motors and art works from some of Nigerian’s most prestigious artists including Olu Amoda, Rom Isichei, Victor Ehikhamenor, Kainebi Osahenye, Uchay Joel Chima, Obinna Makata, Isaac Emokpae, Uthman Wahab and Modupeola Fadugba, allowing guests to enjoy some of Nigerians most inspiring talents.

1.BRONZE:Minimum of 10 years on the network irrespective of the amount you spend,welcomes you to the 1st tier of membership.

2.SILVER:Step up activities on MTN voice and data,qualifying you into the 2nd tier level where you receive benefits that will make you the envy of others.

3.GOLD: Consistently enjoy MTN product and services to qualify for the 3 tier level where a range of benefits will make you proud of being part of the distinct circle.
